My stay at The Pierre was a mix of indulgence and disappointment. The prime location by Central Park is unbeatable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, which made me feel welcome. However, the room I got didn’t have the expected view, and some amenities felt dated and in need of a refresh. Dining experiences varied, but room service was definitely a highlight for me.
